Soho Japanese was hands down one of the highlights of our Vegas trip! The food was absolutely incredible. The edamame was amazing, and the Jackpot Roll was TO DIE FOR. Seriously, I’m going to be thinking about that sushi roll long after we’re back home in Florida. Everything was delicious, and this is the kind of place that makes you wish you could take the restaurant home with you! And Ryan deserves a standing ovation because he was probably the BEST server we have ever had in our entire lives. He was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and just genuinely amazing.
