The Screaming Parrots brings together exceptional tea and original handcrafted creations through a distinctly modern point of view. Since 2022, we have developed a signature collection of Matcha Drinks, Basque cheesecakes, souffle pancakes, and crepes, with distinctive flavors "Less Sugar" focus on "Balanced" more flavors and recipes created in-house. Our matcha is sourced directly from mountain farms in Uji and Yame, Japan, while our tea collection includes selections from renowned regions of China.
