Park City is a city in Utah, United States. The vast majority is in Summit County, and it extends into Wasatch County. It is considered to be part of the Wasatch Back. The city is 32 miles (51 km) southeast of downtown Salt Lake City and 20 miles (32 km) from Salt Lake City's east edge of Sugar House along Interstate 80. The population was 8,396 at the 2020 census.

Bret Fields spent about one year showing us numerous homes so that we could get educated about the market and identify the neighborhoods we wanted. He allowed us to proceed on our timeframe. He wasn't pushy, but checked in regularly to check if we had any questions or to ask if we were interested to see new properties that came on the market. He also introduced us to a few opportunities before they went on the market, so we had a chance to see them before the general public. Bret was also willing to submit offers at whatever price we felt comfortable, sometimes to test the market. In one case, our offer(s) were not accepted, but that was part of the process for us. Bret is still relatively young, but he hustles and I would recommend him to any home buyer.
